If my property doesn't sell at auction, what are my options?

Should you not sell your property at our auction (due to bidding not reaching the reserve price), you have three options:

  • Relist the auction, perhaps using different parameters
  • Relist your property using the traditional real estate method (MLS). 
  • Negotiate with those who have registered to bid to try to reach an agreement.

*note that all collateral produced by the listing brokerage on an auction (including but not limited to photos, feature sheets, signage, video, virtual tours, property descriptions, home inspections, or other documents/media) remain the property of that listing brokerage and cannot be transferred to another brokerage or used privately.
