Do you limit what types of properties you sell?

Currently, we are focused on residential properties and land (private sale, foreclosures, estates), however our platform has the capacity to market and sell commercial properties as well. 

The auction process works very well for properties in areas typically seeing 'bidding wars', but we have seen success in all types of property across locations and price points, so please contact us with your inquiries.
