Can I perform an inspection on the property before making a bid/offer?

All freehold properties for sale with TheAuctions.ca have an inspection report provided by a reputable third party home inspector. This is made available to you, and contact information for the inspector is available for any questions you may have. 

Should you wish to book an additional inspection at your own expense, that can also be arranged by contacting the listing agent for the property - it should be noted however that any such inspections would not be made following the bidding, as an inspection condition is not a variable in auctioned properties.
