I am having problems registering to bid. What do I do?

You are able to register for any property online from the moment it is visible on our site (even before bidding may open) until the auction closes. It is recommended you register as early as possible, to avoid any issues you may have, or questions that need to be answered.

If the registration is not working and the problem has to do with the credit card preauthorization, make sure you have adequate space on the card for the hold (remember, the card is not charged, but preauthorized to protect against delinquent bidders).
