How do I involve my Realtor in the bidding process?
When you register for any of our auctions, you will be immediately prompted to answer the question as to whether you are working with a Realtor. Should the answer be 'yes', you will be asked to enter the name and email address of this individual. This is to ensure your agent is aware that you may be bidding on an auction, and it notifies them of the terms and conditions of our auctions as it relates to commissions and responsibilities.
We strongly encourage all bidders to work with a Realtor. There is no competitive advantage to bidding without a Realtor, and you can receive valuable insight, advice and service with a professional at your side.
