What is 'Buy It Now' on an auction?
In some auctions, the seller can allow bidders to end the auction early by agreeing to a predetermined purchase price. Should this be available, registered bidders can immediately buy the home by selecting this option. This isn't an option available on all auction listings, and may be switched on or off once an auction starts.
