What is a delinquent bidder?

This is a case where a registered bidder is deemed the winner of an auction however they do not complete the transaction in accordance with the bidder requirements. Delinquent bidders can be the high bidder even without reaching the reserve price, as a seller may still choose to sell to the high bidder in these situations.

On The Block reserves the right to charge a delinquent bidder's credit card for the amount of their preauthorization.
